This is perfect. I get to be happy for Kris Russell since he's a nice guy, and I don't have to be angry that the Flames overpaid the crap out of him.

I wouldn't say he deserves the contract, but he is a solid person so I am happy for him. I'm happier he is on our rivals team getting overpaid for a longish time.

Eh, with a limited NTC also involved, the NMC just stops waivers and being demoted. It's really no big deal because I can't see his game becoming so bad they want to send him to the AHL.
