Pretty much what BBA says - maybe not quite the country club network kicking in, but I'd assume Cam would go into coaching or scouting at some level.

It’s a low risk deal for Ferland, but I’m glad the Canes decided not to peruse him. For whatever reason, the relationship between him and the team got really frosty near the end of the year, and we don’t need that hanging around our group.

I'm not sure about obvious, but it certainly seemed that way to me.

Yeah something about his injuries at the end of the season and the playoffs rubbed Rod the wrong way. It was either saying he was ready and wasn’t too many times, not fighting through something Rod thought he should’ve, or both.
