If Stone walks, you don't give up multiple picks in the first 2 rounds, for moderate improvement and $200 000 in cap savings

Just read what Islanders fans have to say about Hamonic. The people who watched him his entire career so far.
He's been a great defensive defenseman who can skate and move the puck for years, last year was a struggle because he was injured and had some off ice issues.

He's been a great defensive defenseman who can skate and move the puck for years, last year was a struggle because he was injured and had some off ice issues.

It's not just the last 2 years, his offensive upside is limited. We all know Brodie can't finish, it's entirely posible Brodie-Hamonic may not be successful. Stone having the better offensive skills, I almost had him penciled in with Brodie, even strength, and Brodie-Hamonic on the PK
