Any Tips

    Hi guys, I stopped playing hockey for a couple years and want to pick it up again, not this season but next, and I'm now way outta shape. I've put on a few pounds and lost a bit of muscle. I know that eat less and excerise more, and cardio work, but are there any tips or tricks that you guys know of or any types of excerises that will help?

    at the risk of sounding like a broken record...check out Nike/Bauer's website. It has a good workout that will make you sweat.

    you should play anyways, i dont think the scouts will hold it against you if youre way out ot shape superstar.
