Anyone know if the intermission/end game menu music is available anywhere, or is it music made only for the game? Went through the soundtrack and none of them are there. There's a couple that I actually enjoy quite a lot.

The songs by themselfs are pretty good but for a sport thats fast and physical there should be more songs to get you pumped and your pulse rising. Cant imagine some team listening to that "we used to talk till the sun came out" song before a game.

Best soundtrack since NHL 14 for sure.

It is ****ing abysmal. Take the worst "alternative rock" radio station in your city and pick the ****tiest 7 songs they have on rotation and play that on a loop. That is the NHL 18 soundtrack.

To me, the NHL soundtrack is the same every year. A bunch of garbage and then one or two good songs. But the good songs seem to be getting a bit worse each year. I miss hearing Avenged Sevenfold or Murderdolls in an NHL game. Would it kill them to give me just one Breaking Benjamin song?

Terrible compared to where NHL soundtracks used to be, but better than last year's.

Thank god there's no ****ty underground Canadian "rap" songs like last year. Still some pretty cringe-worthy indie songs though.

I enjoy it, it's no 2002-09 NHL soundtrack, but, it is the first I've enjoyed since NHL 15.

I'm surprised at the positives I'm reading in this thread. I found it unlistenable. Last year's soundtrack was ok... a few good songs, a few bad. This year's made me turn it off in the settings after just a day or two. I cringe whenever I hear certain tracks played in the arenas during a game.

    Disappointing.

The 2003 and 2004 sountracks were by far the best imo. But I'm also getting old ...

I routinely find myself bobbing and bopping to most of the songs.

It's pretty catchy. We Got It All is a real standout. Now I hear that song at loads of sporting events, and I know immediately that it's the song from 'chel.

It's decent, but I wish they would include more songs. I'm really sick of hearing them now. I usually just have my xbox spotify app on in the background now.

I get why they have licensed music but I also think they shouldn't bother.

They need to add custom soundtracks back. That way everyone can listen to whatever they want.

Is there a way to turn specific songs off? I think they used to have that option, not sure if it's still there. That "are you ready for the devil" song has gotta be one of the worst songs I've ever heard.

Just download free Spotify and turn the Menu Music setting down on mute.

    No there isn't.

I thought this year's soundtrack was a a step up from some of the recent years, which isn't saying much.

I lasted about 10 days before I had to shut it off, which is longer than I usually get the last several years.

I know FIFA has an option to skip a song that you don't like, regardless of what menu you are on. I think Madden does to?

Shame NHL doesn't have that feature.
