Another NHLPA Proposal question?

With the previous NHLPA proposal the NHL asked the NHLPA to gaurantee that the savings projected in their proposal would actually be achieved. The NHLPA declined to offer that gaurantee. I doubt the NHL will outright walk-away from this proposal but if they again ask for a gaurantee on this proposal do you feel the NHLPA will stand behind their numbers and projections? If not, I don't see how the NHL can accept even with some minor tinkering.

The NHLPA cannot gaurntee anything either can the NHL, they are just basing things of numbers from previous seasons. If the NHLPA can gaurntee the NHL will not operate at looses then I think the NHL will accept this proposal. How will they gaurntee such a thing is beyond me.
