all-star prospect team

what would your idea of an all-star prospect team be?? (players have to have rights under an NHL team, and more or less under 23-25)....my list will probably be horrible but its a start...

Most of them are not prospect anymore.Why if the main rule is player who are under 23 why Kovalchuk and Speeza arent there?
