So, does he have a legit shot to start the season with the big team next season? Or will he need a full year in HFD?

Agreed to terms. He can't officially sign until May 1 when the KHL contract expires.

Are the Rangers hooking him up with the same American family Buchnevich lived with last summer? Prentice training too? I am assuming Buchnevich will be at Prentice again this summer. Kreider is always training there.

Not sure about the American family, but I definitely think they'll have at least Buch with him. Maybe one of the other younger guys on the team too. I think Buch+Alexei+younger guy on team will be good enough instead of doing the whole American family thing again.

I think Prentice is in Bereglazov's future as well as Buchnevich's future.

Not sure if I would agree with Zaitsev comparison just yet, but he sounds a lot like NYR's own Brendan Smith at the moment.

Management continues to add players without draft picks. This is a well run organization, despite the hate from our own fans

Almost ALL the other teams also sign players for nothing, and they somehow keep their draft picks too.

Fantastic. The major quest is still there for the head of the club, getting rid of all those badly invested dollars on the blueline. This summer will be interesting.
