It must be a comfortable safe space to take the following viewpoints on the coach:
1. If the team is playing poorly/not winning games, its the coach's fault
2. If the team is winning games, its because either shooting % is reverting back to the mean or the goalies are bailing out the team.
Why even have a coach at all when they are only accountable for losing?
