Let's start a new league guys, I got a brand new idea. We will create our own player, create our own teams, make a draft with those players, and put up a system to simulate season's games, have stats, entry draft, world champs, etc..
I would need 7 other GMs, with me making it an 8 teams league. As I said earlier we'll create our own player, so I'll need the help of all of you GMs.
When you sign up, give your GM name, a team name (With your 2 team's colors), a real North-American city to play in, an arena name (can be created), a farm team name (wich has to be in a city near the city your NHL team is playing in + team's colors) and an NHL coach. The roster of our team will be 22 players. Our farm team will have 26 players, plus your prospect list wich can countain 15 players who hasn't played a game in the NHL/AHL yet.
The inaugural draft will have 27 rounds. Players who are not drafted will go play in Europe, you'll have the right to send them offers. Their rating will decrease if they are playing for a long period of time in Europe.
We will have to create 235 players. I know it will be long because we will have to set up the whole system and to create all the players. It is just an idea that I have right now, I need some help to make that a fun league. I need a name for the league, a new board and a system to simulate games and stats. So if you sign up, you gotta commit 100% to the league, and help me out.
So when you sign up, you'll have to create 2 players already to show me you're commiting to the league early on.
I'll create mine to show you all what I want. First come first serve basis, but if you wanna register aswell when all the places are taken as a reserve GM that's great. Ok so don't just create super stars, we need some crappy player, defensive specialist, back-up goalie, etc to make it a good real league! Ratings will work with Overall between 40 and 99.
