Tough to say if he has a place or not. He’s definitely lost a step from what was never a blistering pace. Still plays with heart though. One other thing he does do better than most players on this club is make smart passes. I don’t think Hitch has done him any favours deploying him with guys who cant finish.

And no, he is not an RNH replacement. Nor should RNH be traded for Eberle.

I hope that we have an infusion of skill this summer because there are so many players on this team that shouldn't be in the top 9 that it's incredible. Ideally Gagner is the 3rd wheel on his line if he's in the top 9, however he is still useful on the PP IMO.
