Even Sully's comments seem wishy/washy this year and not committed. I know it's hard to do after back to back Cups but I wish he'd be breathing some more fire into the team rather than the measured comments he has been making all season. What the team needs right now is a kick in the ass type coach not a trust in the process type coach.

I don't even mean that he needs to rip guys and hold them accountable either. What he needs is to jazz them up and get them to come out firing. He needs to put some swagger back in their step.
