As a player, you want to make a difference every night. Especially being my first game at MSG, I had that extra boost to make a difference.
I’ve played a couple of games here with Pittsburgh but it was a completely different animal playing for the home team.
It’s definitely a different experience this time around. I had some nervous energy before the game and it was just a fun atmosphere.
I just wanted to play my game. I didn’t want to do anything outside of what I bring. I thought we had good chemistry.

We took advantage of some mistakes that they made and I think defensively we did a lot of good things.
I think our last couple of games defensively we’ve been much, much better.

There’s no doubt that we played a good game tonight. We came out with a good battle level. Execution was good.
I like the fact that when they scored, we came right back and we responded right away with a big goal.
