Russia only has about 30 people playing in the NHL now, many of their "best" players are in the KHL, and were eligible to play.
Nah he's kind of right...Bobrovsky, Ovechkin, Malkin, Tarasenko and Kucherov are some pretty big omissions. Older guys like Datsyuk and Kovalchuk were their main players. But they still had far more guys closer to being the best of their talent pool than the other teams.
