If Kostner wins this they'd still be tied but its a long shot she beats the Russian and even more unlikely the US dance pair would not beat the Italians. Its basically a technical event and they're largely more technical.

honestly, other than a complete melt down I can't see why they don't win gold.
they should have won gold 4 years ago.

Papadakis and Cizeron have put up the 4 highest scores of all time this season and won the one head to head matchup this year. It'll be a difficult competition.
