I'd be okay with Vegas' entire roster if they didn't have Perron. Man I hate that guy.

It's funny though how we mocked Reaves but he scores the possible GW. And how we thought teams would take advantage of Eakin, yet he hasn't been on the ice for a GA yet this series.

Eakin is a fine third line center. I don't think he's much worse than Tierney for example. It wasn't long ago that he was playing on Dallas' top line and he's still only 26. Vegas has a pretty unimpeachable top nine.

Eakin was expected to be terrible and is playing decently. Tierney was expected to be decent and was very bad.

What solid defense and checking by Vegas in that last minute. Winnipeg just couldn't get anything done offensively.

I was thinking today...this Vegas team is like the 2003-2004 Sharks, except slightly better.

Really makes you more jaded about some of the teams the Sharks iced over the last 10 years and didn't win a cup, because they had some stacked teams. I mean some holes but looked at Vegas haha Reaves got their GWG tonight.

Kings won ZERO playoff games vs VGK.

Sharks, I think have figured it out better than those other two teams.

IIRC, his first time in SCF, Pens didn't touch. Thereafter, they did.

Crosby did it, but for some reason the West hasn't. Shows how dumb superstitions are.

There have been a lot of fluke SCF teams during that time frame but none won the Cup

Until Vegas wins, they’ve proven nothing and it means nothing.

And we did that without our best forward. Winnipeg was close to 100% healthy. All the Kings' significant players were healthy save for Muzzin missing the first two games.

Currently traveling overseas so I haven’t been paying much attention to the ECF and WCF since I only have WiFi once in a while. How did the Jets lose in 5? Hellyuck collapse? Vegas forecheck them to death? More lucky bounces Or did Fleury do it again?
