The draft "may" be a bit boring as we transition into a team that is entering our window and spending assets on rentals at least for this season. We still have assets though and remember Griffen Reinhart was dealt at the draft for the 16th and 33rd picks so I will cross the draft bridge when we get there.

Another guy that might be available late in the 2nd or 3rd could be Winnipegger Riley Stotts. After getting traded to Calgary he has 33 points in 41 games that was after only getting 3 points in 21 games with Switch Current

Merkley # 26
Addison #33
Woo #39

Here’s our current range. Interesting to see the names Gruden and Madden back to back

Has Miller been dropping on other lists? That seems a lot lower than I seem to remember seeing him.

Button's list is interesting...

No Nils Lundkvist in the top 90, should be top 20.

Tell me more.... Right shot D holding his own in the SHL? HockeyProspect.com (One I really like) has him at 19, I'm intrigued.

Miller is also 16 on HockeyProspect.com's list.

I can't really say any more because that's who I work for, doing video work and scouting now. :D

If Dahlin and Boqvist are gone, he's the next d-man I'd take.

Vitali Kravtsov has 3 goals in 3 KHL playoff games and he's totally going to be russianfactored out of the first round.

update: 6-3-9 with his 8th playoff game still in progress.

all-time KHL U20 playoff scoring
1. Kravtsov 18yo 8GP 6-3-9 (season still ongoing)
2. Kuznetsov 19yo 12GP 7-2-9
3. Nichushkin 18yo 25GP 6-3-9
4. Tolvanen 18yo 8GP 5-1-6 (season still ongoing)

at this point it's probably russianfactorshenanigans if he doesn't go top10, because who actually watched regular season Traktor Chelyabinsk games (his regular season statline doesn't break any records, but it's very similar to Kuznetsov and Kaprizov at the same age). maybe to the blues with the stastny pick?

Steinbach Pistons' goalie Matthew Thiessen went from 11th to 4th in the ranking of NA goalies.

Woo falling fast. Do we take the chance on him if he drops to our 2nd round pick?

I think it's more his lack of production that has him dropping. Started the season strong but his production dropped heavily.

What is your take from watching him live?

Wow, what a terrific audience.

He was leaning on pretty heavily all playoffs. He understands and executes the defensive side of the game but his offensive game still needs some work. He shows flashes but he tends to opt for staying back and being safe. Likely because Clague is his partner most of the playoffs. I'm guessing the Warriors let him go offensively next year. Unless they decide to rebuild and he's dealt.
