update to the Damaged Vehicle Policy: 2 lap penalty should an extra crew member work on car; revised after previous policy sidelined car/driver/team ie parked;

the only difference, MSM.... Phoenix no longer exists... ISM Connect, who sponsored the New Hampshire date last season when it followed Chicagoland.... now has title sponsorship of the Arizona track, now known as ISM Raceway.
