I think he is related to the Townes who won the title with Kentucky a few years back. I thought he was from Piscataway.

I don't think they are related as they spell their names differently

both went to St. Joe's in Metuchen though...which is where I went lol

I hope we trounce them. Michigan has had such an easy road so far. Was considering going to San Antonio but didn't pull the trigger.

Two titles in three years. Congrats to them.

Seton Hall will never be this relevant, not as long as Jay Wright is coaching Villanova (which is like 20 more years minimum), and it makes me bitter and fills me with hatred.

I'm most happy for my Dad, who went to Villanova in the mid-60s when it was essentially unknown outside of NJ/PA/DE. He couldn't believe the program won a championship in 1986, and these 2 recent ones have been amazing to witness with him.

Jay Wright is an incredible coach! Can't wait to see how he continues to build the program. And I'm also excited to see the renovated gym in a few years.
