Every year there's a mock draft done by the team boards of HF -- here are the results of 2015, 2016, and 2017. Rules are easy: just pick the player you want your team to draft based on who is still available; "trade the pick" is not an option ;)

I like Addison too but I went with Sandin. Anyway I would have preferred a forward here more but I wasn't too jazzed at what was left of them. Noel or Dellandrea I suppose. It's like the best 5 or 6 guys left are D and when that's the case you take a D.

Seeing the mock shake out like this only solidifies that I want a F at 9. I’d be happy with Tychonik, Sandin, Addison, or Samuelsson here.

Looking at the list I'm surprised Isles fans are so set (76%) on Veleno. I never, ever hear his name for our pick - I guess it's not impossible.

Went with Jake Wise but this is a deep group, which is good for our second rounder

Based on the amount of players that look like will still be left for our 2 late first rounders I am really glad this is the year we have a couple of them. If we can find away to get another mid-round 1st with other assets we really could hit a homerun here.

Went with K'Andre Miller.
I like him as well, but would take him with the 28th pick. If the last two could be Samuelsson & Miller, I would take those two and run. Akil Thomas is another one I would like to see fall into the late 20s.

I actually think Miller is a steal at this spot. Hard to undersell a kid who is that physically gifted and will be a likely 1st rounder having only been playing defense for 30 months or so.

Then at 28 I'm taking whoever is left between Bernard-Docker and Wise.

Hoping Jay O'Brien lasts to our first pick in the 2nd, but that might not be the case.
