The continued talk about trading Seguin from Heika, and now Shapiro, is really starting to concern and frustrate me.

Heika's had a couple headlines referencing trading seguin if this season goes bad, and Shapiro just mentioned something along the same lines in his mailbag yesterday. The smoke is very concerning.

Seguin+ for Tavares at the deadline.

Unfortunately, the Stars are actually pretty open about things like that. I recall my season ticket rep coming to us well before Neal was traded, telling us he was more concerned with money than team, and they were more comfortable focusing on Jamie Benn. Ditto with the Mike Modano end of Stars career. They told us he was out, which made his public statements about working something out for the next year baffling.

So, when Heika says there is a real chance they trade Seguin for cap reasons if things don't go so well, based on my experience, they are telling the truth.

Well that's one way to free up a spot for the kids currently blocked by 4th line retreads. :help:

Wasn't sure which thread to ask this, but any idea the game against us on Tuesday will be streamed? Arena feed maybe? I feel like in the past games with you guys have been but wanted to check in.

Got the same for D, but forwards I'm hoping for:

Benn-Seguin-Pitlick
Janmark-Spezza-Radulov
Faska-Hanzal-Ritchie
Roussel-Shore-Cracknell
McKenzie-Flynn

I'd rather see the talent spread over 3 lines than have 1 "super" line, creates harder match ups and does it really matter who plays with Benn and Seguin.
Yes it does, because When they played with Eakin, that line was a complete **** show.

They clearly need someone who brings something of value at one end of the ice, or the other.

The pairs thing makes the most sense
Benn-Seguin-X
X-Spezza-Radulov
Hanzal-Faksa-X

with the 4th line made up of
Nobody Good- Shore -Nobody Good

Janmark-Nylen-Spezza-Radulov seems like a safe bet
I'd bet
Roussel-Faksa-Hanzal (in whatever order) is a thing

So we'd likely see
Benn-Seguin-Ritchie 1st line
McKenzie-Shore-Cracknell/Pitlick 4th line

With the likelihood that the Ritchie,Radulov and the RW of the Faksa line all rotate around quite regularly
