KB has been in the league three years and has three NLCS showings and one WS ring on his resume. Harper leads a team that can't win a playoff series.

You wanna be the man, you gotta be the man. If you cannot be the man, you better switch to a team that has a "the man" on it. The Cubs have a few of those.

So when you say "be like KB" you mean that Harper should just go to a better team, not "play better" because KB was god awful in this series. I think Harper not being a free agent might affect his ability to be able to just go to whatever team he wants but maybe if he petitions the league and says he wants to be like "KB" they will grant his request.

Harper's gone though all things aside the moment his contract is up. Even more so now when that was probably already a given.

Given how competitive he is i can't imagine losing this many playoff series (especially when this one was easily winnable) in row has him feeling particularly rosy on the Nationals organization.

But he's a mere mortal compared to god king and future NL, NLCS, World Series and universe MVP Kris Bryant.
