The Cubs will most likely get boat raced in Game 1, that I know. Kershaw vs Lackey? A tired Cubs team that has to travel across the country vs a Dodgers team that has been chilling for a few days? It would be embarrassing if LA blew Game 1.

I assume Quintana in game 2.

After all the excitement in the NL with the Brewers and Rockies and Diamondbacks and this Nats team...... a rematch.

Rematches in baseball rarely live up to the hype.

I'll go Cubs in 5 because the NLCS is to LA what the NLDS is to Washington.

And it just feels like this is destined to have the low-90s wins teams make the WS.

I'm rooting for the Cubs but I can't trust their bullpen. Realistically they shouldn't be here. But the Natinals are the Natinals.

Dodgers get their revenge in 6.

Dodgers in six.

Realistically, this is the best team they have assembled the team that won the World Series in 88. Revamped bullpen, deep starting pitching (a foursome of Kershaw/Wood/Darvish/Hill looks better than what the Cubs have on paper), a manager that doesn't have rocks for brains and most importantly, a bullpen that isn't a glorified trash heap.

The Cubs are coming in weakened compared to last year (hello, lack of bullpen) and battered considering they're looking at a scenario where they have to start Lackey in game 1 and then Lester on short rest in game 2. The Dodgers can easily make life hell for the Cubs if they can take advantage of that. A Cubs team that wasn't all that impressive in the NLDS to start with.

Bellinger wins the LCS MVP and the Dodgers march to the World Series.

This might sounds blasphemous, but I actually think this series feels like a bit of a letdown

dodgers in 6 most likely. too deep this year unless kershaw has another postseason meltdown which is unlikely since the cards arnt playing.

The Stanley Cup
I see we're living in an alternate universe where the Cubs were dominant in the regular season and stormed through the NLDS against the Nats while the Dodgers barely made the playoffs and struggled to beat the Diamondbacks to get here.

Fun time to be alive.

This isn't gonna be close. Cubs can't line up Lester and Hendricks. I think this is over in 4 or 5. Dodgers sitting around for a week though may be dangerous

Cubs have more clutch pitchers. Give me Lester over Kershaw in a 1 game matchup any day of the week.

I think their lineup is deeper as well.
