That's about the smallest upgrade to a product I've ever seen. Still terrible, but ever so slightly less offensive than the old set. The font looks like a nice upgrade and there seems to be a slight improvement on the sleeve with the white higher but otherwise the same. Why not something on the bottom to make it less boring?

Because a "new school" 3D logo like ours looks terrible with old school style stripes at the bottom. It doesn't work IMO. There's nothing you can do to make "classic, beautiful jersey" with this logo. I'm not shocked they didn't change it very much.
