Leafs will lose to Vegas if they don't match their intensity level. Sorry to say. Leafs have to play better, bottom line. Can't look down on any team. Leafs have their own issues.

Excellent start to this segment. We need one more win out of three to achieve this segment'g goal and of out of three to get back on track overall.

The next segment looks like there are a lot of winnable games with weak teams in Montreal, Arizona, Florida and Carolina. If we can add in a W over NJ on Thursday, we could really have a nice little streak on our hands.

we have a little nice streak going rn. if we beat all those weak teams + NJ (who have been struggling lately) we'd have a huge 9 game win streak. that'd be fantastic

Segment 4 was awesome. It made up for the segment 3 debacle. It put us back on track. We need to win two out of the next three to meet segment 5's goal. With Washingotn on the back end of back to back nights, it's going to be tough. Go Leafs!

Leafs schedule through the end of the year is reallllly tough - toughest in the NHL. If we can come out of that with at least half possible points, that'd be great.

We won the first game of this segment. We should be able to get two more wins out of EDM, VAN, CGY and PIT. I can't wait to see Matthews back in shape, shooting at the net and maybe even scoring goals.

You need to look at the other teams in the division. For example the Leafs are 7 up on 3rd in Atlantic, Boston does have 3 games in hand but 5 games behind in ROW. The team in 4th is Detroit 8 points back 1 game in hand, 7 games behind in ROW.

True but that scenario would be more beneficial towards end of the season when there are fewer games left; with about 2/3rd of the season still to go.... As a Leaf fan I am used to biting my nails :laugh:
