You can make it anytime. If you mean post it, it's a little early, but who the hell really cares if it's early or not. Your fine either way.

Also, I saw your earlier post and thought I should mention that you don't need to ask NFS' permission to make a gdt. Just check the list on the front page of this thread, and then check some of the comments. If nobody claims the game you want, just call dibs. You don't really need to ask Shogun if you can or not. You just need to make sure nobody's already planning on making a theme.

As long as you don't post a GDT several days in advance, it's all good. Almost any time the day before is fine, we probably just wouldn't sticky a GDT until the actual game day.
