The first two are Knights draft picks while the latter is an undrafted player who played for Wilkes-Barre of the AHL last season

Gage.

His dad Ken played for the Calgary Wranglers in juniors.

It's cool that his dad is a Vegas firefighter, but he was also an NHL player for Quebec.
After bouncing between the NHL and AHL, he then went to the IHL where he was a star for the Las Vegas Thunder and had Gage!

Since he is Russian, I would imagine he belongs to Buffalo in perpetuity now...or at least until he turns 27 years old (UFA).

That should be the case. Or more accurately he would be a Group 4 RFA. There are rules in Group 4 how players could transition to other UFA/RFA statuses.
