“In the beginning it was so nice, how fluent we are, how creative we are. We are still fluent and still creative but we don’t score, so it’s a big problem,” he said.

“If you would ask me what would you prefer: ‘Do you want your team perfect in defending set-pieces but don’t know how to play football or would you prefer the other way round?’—I still would take this one.”

This is clearly someone who is 100% under no pressure whatsoever. Daft to suggest otherwise. If there is anything wrong with Klopp it is that he's taking the two to three year approach rather than focusing on right now, but he wouldn't be doing that if his job was insecure.

If Salah and Coutinho can put away a chance early on I think the dam will break and Liverpool will be home free in this one.

The problem is that he is under no pressure though. He is in Year 3 now. The team should have gotten better and it hasn’t. A manager under pressure doesn’t go into the season with that defense. Maybe he should feel some heat, but instead he is Teflon.

Its gotten a lot better over the course of the last two seasons. By miles in fact. The problem is that you can't judge how good the team is right now because a player kicked somebody in their face and another one decided they weren't going to play. We also have another midfielder out and are missing our right back for who knows how long.

But really they've only had two bad results. The City game and the Burnley game. Sevilla game wasn't really a bad result, it's what people should expect from a first time in Europe team. Don't care about Tuesday.

They haven’t proven they are better this year than last year. Klopp hasn’t beaten Leicester under Shakespeare yet. Hope they can end that streak. Watford was also a bad result. They need to stop the bleeding and fast. There is only one reason that the team is short handed, and that’s because their wasn’t enough reinforcement despite the common knowledge of the injury proneness of the players at those positions.

Wow, didn't realize how good of a season Vardy was having. Definitely playing himself back onto the English starting XI.

Bilic is an idiot. Antonio goes off injured, so he completely abandons the original tactics and throws Carroll on, who was awful. They were playing reasonably well that first half hour. Ayew for Antonio was the obvious move.

Now it’s Uniteds turn not to be on tv or stream, and only available via NBC Gold for $50.

**** them. Ridiculous.

100% agree. The schedule just now says Liverpool is on regular NBC but its not showing on my guide.

I bet some new hot shot manager thought it was a cunning plan to try to squeeze money out of a still growing sport. He should be fired for incompetence, last season was perfect from NBC imo.

Bundesliga is on Fox so they arent doing themselves any favors here.

Mamadou 'better than Koscielny' Sakho nearly headers it into his own net uncontested.

Live sports are the only thing that keeps people from cutting cable. They should have never taken their offering away

And it only took 7 fixtures.

Might have been intentional. Liverpool was bumped for the first time last week themselves. Give it up for free for a while and cut it once the teams are established a bit more.

Loftus-Cheek with a great individual effort and hits the bar. He looks great so far at holding the ball and playing 1-2s as well.
