Did you watch the game? If you did you would have seen that the Gopher players were just trying to run the clock down and not run up the score.

You can watch the game here:

Three-Man Alabama Pulls Off Greatest Loss in NCAA Basketball History

Minnesota cut it pretty close, basically standing around on offensive taking jump shots. Not trying to run up the score is one thing, allowing a team with only three players to cut the lead to 3 pts with 2 min left is kind of dumb.

Just watched the last 10 minutes of the Minnesota/Alabama game. Surreal would be best way to describe it, and I would urge every basketball fan to watch a few minutes of this as well.

even though its not the biggest teams playing, george mason in the A10 were down 4 with 7 seconds left and they got a 5 point play. they made a 3 pointer and there was a foul away from the ball resulting in 5 points for mason to beat james madison. didnt know 5 point plays were possible

They were down by four with 10 seconds left, and they won by four points... in regulation.

Fordham lost at home to ETSU in front of like 300 people. They are the Catholic Rutgers when it comes to basketball.
