wow, that's a career ending type of injury. Hopefully for Hayward he can come back from that. That was brutal

I like the confidence but it'd probably be in Tatum's best interest to stop attacking LeBron 1-on-1.

Both Brown and Smart not wanting to shoot that open three was hilarious. Man, the Celtics really don't appear to have a lot of shooting.

Yeah that is pretty bad injury

Reminds me of when Robin Ventura slide into home and broke/dislocated his ankle back in I believe 1997

If similar it may not be season ending as Ventura came back I believe after 5 months

Be careful what you wish for, it's as bad as you can ever imagine. I can't get the image out of my head. It's on youtube btw if you want to view it.
It's disturbing, but not as bad as Paul George's injury IMO. Still not for the faint of heart. Hope he makes a full recovery.

As bad as that injury was, Shawn Livington's injury was worse.

Took him years and bouncing around a few teams to get back. However, that injury halted his potential as a starting PG. Curious on what will happen with Hayward now.

Besides the awful Hayward injury, that was a good way to start the season.

Jaylen Brown looked really good in the second half.

The execution was awful but that was still kinda fun. Celtics will be alright although Kyrie's iso ball will be an interesting fit. Cavs... honestly looked like old men out there at times despite the win.

Impressive comeback by the Celtics. It couldn’t have been easy after what happened to Hayward. This next game should be fun.

Was Ventura's ankle at a different angle to his foot? Cause that **** tonight was scary. I saw the picture of him on the floor once and don't need to see it ever again.

Obv warning to anyone else who clicks this

Boston is saying it's a fractured ankle which is like saying it's wet when it rains

I had to turn away when they zoomed in. Not close to the worst such injury I've seen, but right up near the top otherwise. Just awful and hard to watch.

If anyone is morbidly curious as to what I'm referring to above, I refer you to the video below. DO NOT WATCH THIS if you are squeamish at all. It almost made me puke the first time I saw it.
