We could fear our defense will be terrible at this WC :help:

I like the guys but without Besch / Hecquefeuille it will be hard
Manavian and Chakiachvili are injured too but in the roster :sarcasm:

Lines could be :

Huet
(Hardy / Quemener)

Auvitu / Manavian
Dieudé-Fauvel / Béron
Janil / Chakiachvili
(Moisand / Raux)

S.Treille / Bellemare / Fleury
Perret / Meunier / Y.Treille
Desrosiers / T.Da Costa / Bertrand
Lampérier / Ritz / Claireaux
(Berthon / Bozon)

The first games (Germany, Slovakia & Hungary) will determine if we still have a chance to make the quarterfinals ... or nothing to play

Jordann Perret is the player to follow :handclap:

Are they leaving a spot open for Roussel?

I'm not sure Roussel will come for the WC this year.
He had a big season with Dallas..
And if we lose the first and the second game he has no real interest to join the team.

I would love to see him on the ice though

I like to watch France play but this is starting to look like a bit of a gap year for Team France...

We will see that starting from today !

Moment of truth against our rivals & co-organizer of the next year :handclap:

Damien Fleury plays in Germany he will be very motivated for sure

Bellemare will do the job! Missed tournament last year due to injury, I am sure he's pumped to represent France once again. Let's go France! A first big test vs Germany today...

Great game by Bellemare, with good puck protection and stickhandling skills.
At the end Fleury scored the only shootout goal and gave us the victory

Huge performance for "Cristowall" Huet too :sarcasm:

Looking forward to the next game against Slovakia !

Trabichet (6 weeks) and Chakiachvili injured, Championship over for them ...

It's a good thing the Team has 5 points already, what kind of Defense will they be able to show ? The big games are coming, it doesn't smell good :(
