That's why I'm not worried. We haven't really had a problem moving the football today. The missed FG and fumble were big. Otherwise we could be up 13-3 or something on them.

Redskins IIRC also get the ball to start the 2nd. Just keep the momentum going. Detroit's D hasn't done much to stop us today.

It's probably partly out of respect for the player's family, partly to avoid misinformation influencing in-game gamblers, and partly for legal reasons. And if I was a player or coach I wouldn't want announcers making any diagnosis that might somehow stick or get into the rumor mill.

The fact that they talk about concussions at all when players are knocked down/out is actually progress.

The spent plenty of time speculating about his shoulder. They didn't once talk about his head until it was revealed he was going thru concussion protocol.
