he's a sniper. always looking to shoot, doesn't hold the puck on his stick very long.

But he generates an insane amount of chances. If he can improve his finishing just a little, he'll be a fantastic player.

And he's clearly got great hands, so he should come around.

From what Ive been seeing its more along the lines of top 3 pick.

I know a lot can change over the course of a year but right now the consensus seems to be that Matthews, Chychrun, and Puljujarvi are the top 3.

I'd say slim to none. But also would have said that about Kylington, so I guess you never know.

Yup, he's generally ranked in the top 2-4, since Matthews seems to be the consensus #1 at the moment.

Big fan of Gettinger. He impressed with his limited ice time every time I saw him last season. I'm expecting a big breakout this season with the increased ice time.

Sean Day at 244 . I know he's 6'3, but wow.

This means he's the next Byfuglien. AND he's ranked as a 2nd/3rd round pick, so we could actually get him. Plus, he's basically a Michigander by osmosis at this point.

All of these are excellent reasons to draft him.
