Out of this list, only Florentino (Buffalo), Cowley (Florida) and Josephs (Pittsburgh) have been invited to development camp. (Correct me if I'm missing anyone)

Since these three players are already signed to AHL contracts for the upcoming season, it's highly doubtful that they'll be offered ELCs before the August 15 deadline.

If they opt for free agency, Will Butcher (Colorado), James De Haas (Detroit), Alex Kerfoot (NJ), Blaine Byron (Pittsburgh) and Dominic Toninato (Toronto) will certainly attract NHL interest.

In other news, the Leafs seem to have cut ties with 2016 draftee Jack Walker.

The former 6th round pick is currently attending Minnesota's development camp.

Not for certain but it could be seen as a high possibility. He has very strong ties to the city, with his dad and all.

Caley: Can you please adjust post #2 with correct header for each category it's confusing.

Ex. for NCAA, August 15 instead of July 1st for deadline date and for 2015 unsigned draft picks and 2013 euro draft pick, change June 1st 2016 for June 1st 2017.

Is it just me or is it going a bit slow on ELCs from 2017 draft selections? The top 10 (obviously minus NCAA) and select first rounders seem to get signed at or around dev camp and those are wrapping up. Don't Euros have to be signed by the 15th to get transfer agreements too?
