It's not his fault. He is on a budget. He is doing everything he can with what he has to work with.

There can be blame put on all sides. Players, management, ownership. I will say though that the future has not changed, even if I'll get replies from certain individuals saying "WHERE IS THIS FUTURE WE HAVE BEEN WAITING ON THIS FUTURE FOR 20+ YEARS NOW AND IT STILL HAS NOT COME".
