Isn't there a European equivalent of the Watch ESPN app? Or ESPN3, whatever they call it now? ESPN usually airs at least parts of the tournament, so if you can figure out what official ESPN product is available to you, you might be in luck.

Make sure they're airing the games though! They always do here in the States, but I can't confirm that they do internationally. I assume they would, but still.
