In Canada, all Canada games, plus the quarter final games, semi's and finals will be telivised on TSN. Unless something has changed, the is no US broadcaster, although last year all the games were available online to us residents for about $30. I know Viasat has the TV rights for Norway, the baltics and a few other countries. Not sure about the rest of europe.

Here's a link with the networks that will broadcast the tournament around the world (TSN and RDS in Canada). And it's pretty funny, even though some people say not many people in the US are interested in hockey in general and this tournament in particular, there appears to be no coverage on American networks, but they do broadcast it in hockey hotbeds such as Cameroon, Iran, Lebanon, Madagascar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia and Tunisia, to name but a few. For some reason I believe hockey is a LITTLE more popular in Florida, Texas and California than in those countries, but I could be wrong. ;)
