1. Erik Johnson
VS. 2. Jordan Staal- I'll pick EJ, just the total package.
3. Jonathan Toews
VS. 4. Nicklas Backstrom-Backstrom, but IMO it's very close, IMO they're both 1 and 2 as for best forward in the draft.
5. Phil Kessel
VS. 6. Derrick Brassard-Kessell: too much potential to pass up.
7. Kyle Okposo
VS. 8. Peter Mueller-Okposo: physical power forwards with his skill sets are hard to find.
9. James Sheppard
VS. 10. Michael Frolik-Sheppard: Can become a very sold first line center, and is a safer pick.
11. Jonathan Bernier
VS. 12. Bryan Little: I had him a top 10 pick this draft.
13. Jiri Tlusty
VS. 14. Michael Grabner-Tlusty: Both has similiar potential, but Tlusty is a safer bet to reach his potential. I'm happy with Grabner though
15. Riku Helenius
VS. 16. Ty Wishart-Wishart: Big time potential, but big time flopping potential.
17. Trevor Lewis
VS. 18. Chris Stewart-Stewart: A big powerforward, and when he's not coasting he's very good.
19. Mark Mitera
VS. 20. David Fischer-Fischer: IMO way more potential.
21.
Bob Sanguinetti VS. 22. Claude Giroux-Giroux: Not a fan of defenseman who don't play defense.
23. Semen Varlamov
VS. 24. Dennis Persson-Varlamov: Awesome reflexes, and a awesome name.
25. Patrik Berglund
VS. 26. Leland Irving-Irving: IMO the best goalie in the draft.
27. Ivan Vishnevskiy
VS. 28. Nick Foligno-Vishnevsky: I don't see Foligno panning out.
29. Chris Summers
VS. 30. Matt Corrent-Summers: Much more potential, and a killer skill set.
