I moved a net into my office to take some angry slapshots when things go sour in Spring. Felix Potvin and my old CuJo helmet are hanging up on the wall, along with some Avalanche/Red Wings memorabilia from the 90s. My cat takes over as goalie sometimes if I start firing her toy mice.

This is actually hilarious. With not showing up, are you referring to the Avs duo outproducing the Wings duo offensively in just about every measurable way?



Avs seemed to struggle quite a lot with Dallas.

Yea, Forsberg, Sakic and Roy were better than half of Detroit's roster IMO. Watching the older games on Youtube, it's insane how dominant Forsberg was at times lol. Should've been a dynasty looking back, 98, 99, 00 and 02 all would've been cup winning years if health wasn't an issue, those struggles against Dallas must give older fans pain.
