Sundin, Belfour and Yushkevich have impressed while wearing Blue and White (Yush is unlisted so I assume I can get him for a buck).

So, to not exceed the budget I'd ice....

Bower is a beast between the pipes. Horton and Kaberle give you everything on defense. Clark and Gilmour are your heart & soul. And Gilmour and Vaive are incredible values. Gilmour won the Hart as a Leaf and nabbing a 50 goal scorer for 2 bucks is a steal!
